Age UK Norfolk Visit to Westminster

In January, Age UK Norfolk went to Westminster along with a number of other Norfolk charities who make up the Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN) for a round table discussion with Norfolk MPs on the cost-of-living crisis and how it is impacting the vulnerable people we charities represent.
The message from NCAN to the MPs was clear; we need their support to affect change! We need them to act now to ensure their most vulnerable constituents are not in crisis. Each organisation was able to share cases we have all experienced that illustrate the current living conditions of some of our most vulnerable service users.
We are grateful to have had the opportunity to present our data and evidence and we will continue to advocate for older people in Norfolk.
