I called Chris Watts Plumbing after my elderly mum's roof tank overflow started dripping. I suspected it might be the ball valve which was worrying as my mum is currently in hospital and I would have hated for her house to flood whilst she's away. It seemed no trouble, Chris confirmed it was likely the ball valve and he gave me a very reasonable quote there and then. Thankfully Chris said he could fit me in the day after and as promised he called me the following afternoon to arrange a visit.

I must say I was quite impressed that he came so quickly, just 10 minutes after his call to be precise. I had already set up a ladder and some lighting in the loft so it didn't take Chris long to replace the faulty ball valve. A job well done and in under 15 minutes, thanks Chris!
