Rave Review for Lisa from the CCG

It is always so nice to hear positive news regarding the service which we offer. Lisa at the Living Well Service was recently shadowed by the Communications Manager for the Clinical Commissioning Group. It was fair to say that they were very impressed by the care taken by Lisa in a recent visit of a client. The client, Pat, initially contacted Merton Council to ask some simple questions about a new mobility scooter. Fast forward a few months and she has now been referred and is receiving a full wellbeing MOT service.
Our goal is to make sure that Merton residents are given the chance to live independently for as long as possible. Last year, Living Well helped a staggering 679 Merton residents and is only going to get busier.
