Our Hollybush Day Centre in Sevenoaks provides people in later life with the opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, to enjoy a nutritional hot meal and to take part in a full range of recreational activities.

Activities

Optional activities may include:

• Bingo
• Quizzes
• Reminiscence sessions
• Sing-alongs
• Indoor games
• Seated exercises
• Active games to promote movement

Entertainment is also regularly provided by local performers, and relevant talks given by local authorities such as the Police and the Fire Brigade.

General Day Care is currently available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We may be able to provide minibus transport to take you to or from the Day Centre.

Once we have received the referral, a member of staff will get in contact to arrange a time to come and visit you or your family member at home so we can have an informal chat about the options available and complete an assessment.

Dementia Day Care

Our Dementia day care runs at Hollybush Day Centre three days a week. Dementia trained staff offer a range of stimulating activities to aid memory as well as health and wellbeing support. Dementia Day Care is currently available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30 am to approximately 2.30 pm.

Personal Services

There are a number of subsidised personal services available for both day centre members and older people in the general community. Personal services include:

• Chiropody
• Hairdressing
• Hi Kent - hearing aid clinics are available on 2nd Friday of every month from 10 am- 11.30 am
• Reflexology
