About the service we offer?

At our Town Lock Day Centre in Tonbridge, we are proud to provide a quality, professional, person-centered Dementia service's for people experiencing a range of memory concerns, whether formally diagnosed with Dementia or wanting to proactively reduce their symptoms.

What activities are on offer

Our activities include:

- COGS club. Every Monday 10 am - 3 pm. Cogs Club are designed to help people with mild to moderate Dementia, the club aims to encourage members to participate in purposeful activity in order to develop or maintain active minds. A sandwich lunch will be provided. Cost £25

- Age UK Maidstone Sevenoaks and Tonbridge, Dementia friendly café. Support for people with memory loss and their carers. Every Tuesday morning from 10 am - 12 pm

- Dementia Café - Support for those with memory loss every Tuesday afternoon 2 pm - 4 pm

- Dementia Day Centre is focused on understanding each individual and their needs, and personalised care is delivered through stimulating activities ranging from arts and crafts and reminiscence to sing alongs from 9.30 am - 2.30 pm.
