What activities are on offer

Our activities include:

C.O.G.S - Cogs Club (Based on Cognitive Stimulation) are designed to help people with mild to moderate Dementia, the club aims to encourage members to participate in purposeful activities in order to develop or maintain active minds.

Join us every Tuesday at our Hollybush Day Centre, Sevenoaks 10 am – 3 pm.
A two course hot meal will be provided alongside tea and coffee. Cost £25

Daybreak Carers Support Group – To facilitate meaningful connections, we encourage family members and caregivers of our Daybreak clients to come together, engage in conversation with each other, and interact with our dedicated staff. This will be in a separate area to the Day Centre. Available every 1st Wednesday and 3rd Monday of the month 10.00 am – 11.30 am

Dementia Café – Those living with Dementia and their partners/carers are invited to join us on the 1st and 3rd Thursday every month 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm for our Dementia Café. Come along and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, cake and biscuits, have a chat and make new friends.

Young Onset Peer Support - A group exclusively for people with young onset dementia, this is an all-age group that welcomes people with young onset dementia.
Available on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm

Carers Support Group - A group designed to care for those supporting somebody living with young onset dementia.
Available on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm
