Aviva community fund

Age UK Maidstone entered in to the 2017 Aviva community fund to be in with a chance of winning funding with the grant for our Dementia outreach project.

The project is to support people and their families living with dementia with a wide rage of services including our cogs clubs, day care centres and independant living support.

This project is to be piloted in Maidstone but we would hope to expand the model across West Kent engaging and sharing good practice with our Age UK partner organisations.

Thank you to everyone who voted for us in the Aviva Community Fund.

Sadly we did not make the final, but In recognition of our project and all the hard work we’ve put in, they’d like to give us £100 for our cause.
