Anniversary prize draw rules
- Entrants in the Age UK Weekly Lottery Anniversary Draw must be 18 years and over.
- The Promoters will conduct the Age UK Weekly Lottery Anniversary Draw on the last Friday of every month. The draw will be made utilising a random number generator that has been tested and approved by an independent, Gambling Commission approved, third-party test house.
- The winning details will be available via the Age UK Weekly Lottery helpline from the following working day. Please telephone 0800 849 8198 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays).
- Entry into the Anniversary Draw is only open to Age UK Weekly Lottery players who have joined the programme for 12 months and have renewed with valid payments before their subscription end date.
- The Promoters may reject any application without giving reason at its absolute discretion. No detail in the application may be changed in any way once the draw has been completed.
- There will be 150 guaranteed prizes every month, 1st prize £200, 2nd prize of £100, 3rd of £50, 147 of £5 prize. There are no alternatives to any prize and no interest is payable. Prizes will be sent by cheque within 14 days. Entrants will be notified as to any change in the prize structure.
- The Promoters are not responsible for any delay in bank payments.
- No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication. · The Promoters may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, or terminate or suspend the scheme.
- The Promoters reserves the right to use Winners’ names for promotional purposes. These will only be used in summary e.g. Mr Davies from Lincolnshire.
- The Promoter’s decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
