The Age UK Information and Advice Quality Programme (IAQP) shows that we offer a quality assured service. The I&A team has worked hard to ensure that the Information & Advice service meets the required standard, meaning that people in East Lindsey, West Lindsey, and North Lincolnshire receive a professional, high quality response to their enquiries. The quality marque demonstrates our commitment to customer care and to providing consistent, relevant and effective advice.
