About us

Age UK Lindsey is an independent local charity based in Horncastle, Lincolnshire, working to promote and improve the wellbeing of all older people living in East Lindsey, West Lindsey and North Lincolnshire. Our aim is to help make later life a better life.

We provide support to older people, their families and carers through our Information and Advice Service, offering free, quality-assured, independent help and guidance in topics specific to people over fifty.  

We reduce loneliness and social isolation through our Befriending Service.

We help older people to access digital tools through our Keep Connected Service.

We campaign to raise awareness of the needs of older people.

We provide employment and volunteering opportunites for people over 18

We rely on your support to keep serving the community. We are supported by donations from the public, charitable grants, legacies and income from our charity shops. We also hold fundraising events throughout the year, and encourage others to fundraise for us. All money raise by us is spent in East Lindsey, West Lindsey and North Lincolnshire.
