At Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire, we’re proud to offer a wide range of services to support you in many different ways. However, with so many options available, it can sometimes be hard to know which service would be the best fit for your needs. Or perhaps you’re not quite sure of what you need, but you just know you could benefit from some help.

The SPA Team

When you call us on 03455 564 144, it's our fantastic SPA team who answer your call.

It'll be either Chris, Angela or Jo saying "hello!"; all three are experts on Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire's teams and services, and they will help you find what you need with compassion and care. 

Similarly, if what you're looking for can't be found within our services, we won't leave you marooned without a way forward. The team are knowledgeable on many other organisations and outlets of support in Lincolnshire and will signpost you to the best place that can help.

Our SPA Team

  • Angela

    "I really love speaking to our service users. I passionately believe in what we do here and in the ethos of Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire."

    Angela loves: spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, knitting, anything dog-related, and her favourite TV show of all time is The Walking Dead.

  • Chris

    "One of the things I love most about my role is being that first point of contact for people. Often, a simple conversation can make a huge difference in someone’s day, and it’s a privilege to be there when people reach out."

    Chris loves: BBQing, going on walks with his 1-year-old Chocolate Labrador, and supporting Manchester United. 

  • Jo

    "I enjoy helping people with their enquiries, listening and supporting people. I feel like I'm a link into face to face support that somebody might need, that might make their lives better."

    Jo loves: making patchwork quilts, sewing, going on walks with her lovely Golden Labrador, gardening, reading, and baking. 

The Reception Team

When you walk through the doors of Park Street Activity Centre in Lincoln, you will be greeted with a smile from a member of our Reception Team. 

This outstanding team is made up of staff and dedicated volunteers who know their stuff when it comes to Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire, particularly on what happens within the walls of Park Street Activity Centre.

Whether you're looking for advice, dates and times for activities, information about services, or even just to find out what specials are on at the eatery, the Reception Desk is your go-to place.
