Support Worker
Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire is expanding across our area to meet the rising demand for our fantastic services. We are looking for Support Workers in the following areas:
- Sibsey - covering Stickney, Stickford, East Keal and Spilsby
- Skegness - covering Chapel St Leonards, Ingoldmells and Wainfleet

About the role
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30 to 16:00
- Zero-hour contract
- £11.44 per hour
- Driving licence is desirable but not essential
- No personal care involved
Support Workers make up a third of our workforce and play a key role in helping the organisation to achieve our vision: a world in which older people flourish. As a Support Worker, you will provide flexible solutions for older people and their carers, assisting with the little things that make a big difference to their lives. This role includes:
- Companionship
- Household cleaning
- Prescription collections
- Shopping trips
- Travelling to and from activities and appointments
Each support package is tailored to each of our client’s needs and we provide as much or as little support as requested, ensuring our clients maintain their independence.
