About the role

  • Countywide - Lincolnshire
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 08:30 to 16:00 – some flexibility required to meet the needs of our clients
  • Permanent Contract – 2 x 35 hour posts
  • £21,310 per annum - 35 hour week
  • Driving licence is essential – travel time and mileage is paid
  • No personal care involved

Working with our customers across Lincolnshire, you will support them to maintain their properties and promote their independence.  As part of our deep clean team, your duties and responsibilities will include the following under the guidance of your Support Service Coordinator:

  • Specialised deep and light-touch cleans
    • Support with hoarding
    • Waste disposal
    • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

About you

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a full driving licence and use their own vehicle / company van to transport equipment and team members
  • Have experience of undertaking domestic tasks (ideally deep cleaning)
  • Understand the importance of and commitment to confidentiality
  • Be willing to undertake training in relation to the role
  • Understand and appreciate the needs of those living with mental health conditions
  • Understand and appreciate the needs of a person at risk
  • Be committed to the role, offer flexibility and be approachable
  • Have good communication skills
