Support to pariticipate in wide range of community services
Support from our Facilitators who work with older people and their carers to help them participate in their local community and access the full range of services available, including leisure and social activities to address social isolation and promote physical and mental wellbeing including through seeking to address underlying causes of people’s social care needs.
Our Facilitators are part of the SAIL and Ageing Well Southwark partnerships. To refer an older person for support, please complete this web form.

Signposting and identifying suitable support on legal matters, debt and immigration issues

Befriending
Matching carefully selected and trained volunteers to have a chat, and provide companionship on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
Handyperson
- The handyperson Team can help with a wide range of small jobs to help older people and their carers live safely and independently at home. Find out more information here.
