Lifeline appeal

Len Goodman recently returned to Age UK Lewisham & Southwark's Yalding Healthy Living Centre to record an edition of the BBC Lifeline appeal, which aims to raise money and awareness for a variety of charities.

The Age UK national appeal focuses "on the devestating effect loneliness can have on older people, and the different ways Age UK can help, both locally and nationally.

The film features Colin, Joan and Patricia, who tell us how Age UK’s befriending services and local activities have been a lifeline for them when they’ve needed us most."
