We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing & Digital Communications Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital marketing strategy and help us engage with our audience in meaningful ways.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing & Digital Communications Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and ensuring our brand’s message is communicated effectively across all channels. You will work closely with the marketing manager to develop strategies that increase our online presence and drive engagement with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Create compelling, engaging content for social media, and digital advertising.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create eye-catching graphics and visuals
- Analyse monitor, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure a consistent message is across all channels
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s strategies are cutting-edge.
- Assist in the development and management of the company’s email marketing campaigns.
- Engage with influencers, partners, and external organisations to enhance brand visibility.
- Handle media inquiries, liaise with relevant parties for publicity, and support events as needed, occasionally outside office hours.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and communications, with a solid understanding of social media and online advertising.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Photoshop, Canva etc.).
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for digital marketing.
- A degree or relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working/engaging with the Media, writing press releases
- Understanding of web design and development.

Hours : 37 hrs Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 9am – 4.30pm
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Permanent
