Deputy Retail Manager - Queens Road
£11.44 per hour
Flexible working hours possibly 2 or 3 days will include some weekend & bank holiday cover

Are you looking for a career in retail, then look no further. We have a great opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our Queens Road Shop.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Charity Shops ensuring exceptional customer service, and sales results are delivered. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional retail experience.
Duties:
- Whilst providing cover, and supporting the retail manager
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Train and mentor volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with other managers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individual's
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in retail management software systems
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and administrative tasks
- Skills in recruiting and overseeing a team of volunteers
