Ageing Societies Conference - Age International discount

Published on 17 October 2016 11:30 AM

Age International, part of the Age UK network, is supporting a conference hosted by The Economist for the business world to consider whether longevity is a challenge or an opportunity.

This autumn, an Ageing Societies conference will bring 180 global leaders from business, finance and healthcare, together with policymakers - to explore the opportunities of an ageing world. All Age International supporters attending will receive a special 15% discount, quote AI/DC.

Ageing is a topic that is often absent in global debates. This two-day event presents a unique opportunity to hear fresh perspectives from key public and private sector leaders on how they will engage with the challenges of an ageing population.

The conference on 29-30 November will allow participants to have bold discussions with renowned speakers and senior editors; network with global leaders from the areas of business, finance and healthcare; and learn about the business opportunities arising out of ageing societies.

Age International views the world's ageing population as an opportunity, not a burden, to global development. Collaboration between the public and private sector is essential to recognising the contribution an ageing society can have on the global economy.
