Walking The Big One!

On a slightly rainy and windy day in September, these ladies took on one of England's tallest rollercoasters, all to raise vital funds for funds to support our work.
These 6 brave ladies challenged themselves to walk to the very top of The Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. They all did a fantastic job and we were told the view from the top was spectacular.
Through their bravery the event was able to raise just over £1200 with all the funds staying in Lancashire to support our services.
We can't thank these amazing ladies enough for the time and effort they put into this event!
As a charity, we support thousands of local older people each year, who face a variety of issues and we rely on donations to generate income, which means we can reach out to more older people in Lancashire.
