Service Update During Christmas 2023

Age UK Lancashire’s support to you, your family and friends over Christmas and New Year
During the Christmas period, we be delivering a limited service whilst we give a well-earned break to many of our staff.
We will still have frontline staff that will continue to deliver vital services to older people throughout the Christmas period, including our Hospital Aftercare Service, Home Help Services and our Day Clubs
Hospital Aftercare: This service will be running 7-days a week during Christmas. To get in touch with our Hospital Aftercare Service during the Christmas period please ring 0300 303 1234 and press 1.
Home Help: This service will be running during weekdays exc. Bank Holidays.
Day Clubs: Our Day Clubs service will offer a limited-service dependent on the location. To find out you can use the following contact:

Our Information Helpline and Advice service will close from 22nd December to 2nd January.
Whilst our phone lines are not open, our national Partner Age UK, will have their phone lines open through Christmas and the New Year.
- The Age UK Advice Line is 0800 678 1602 from 8 am to 7 pm, every day of the year.
- If you would just like to have a friendly natter with another person, please call The Silver Line 24 hours a day on 0800 470 80 90.
Footcare, Digital Inclusion, Dementia support, Veterans support, Good Day Calls will all finish for the Christmas period on 22nd Dember and reopen on 2nd January.
