About Wellbeing 2 You
This service is for people aged 50 and over living in Faversham, Sittingbourne and surrounding rural villages. Our aim is to identify every client's needs and interests and to develop an individual programme to support them to Achieve Life's Fullness.
We offer this as a one-to-one service, in your home or in the community and we aim to do everything we can to offer this at a time that best suits you.
Our hours of service are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, but do contact us if you would like the service outside of these hours and we will do our best to try and accommodate you.
