We offer a wide range of social & wellbeing services within our centre. For those with travel issues we offer a free transport to and from the centre. You'll spend the day with us and as such get a hot two course lunch with refreshments available throughout the day.
Activities take place in our Faversham centre and in partnership with other local organisations. Activites include, Boogie Fit Sessions, Mens Shed Sessions (Women very welcome too), Arts & Crafts and Chair Based Exercises. Other wellbeing sessions and new activities are being added all the time.
This service is for over 50's who live in Faversham, Sittingbourne and surrounding areas. This service operates Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
