Our friendly teams in Medway and Faversham are here to help you with all your personal care needs. We offer a full range of personal care provided to you in your home, where one of our trained Community Care Workers will visit you at home at agreed times of the day, charged for at an hourly rate.

We treat each person as an individual by offering a personalised service, to support people with the same respect you would want for yourself or a member of your family.
Personal Care Services
According to your own needs, they will help you with:
o Getting in and out of bed
o Eating and drinking at specific meal times (breakfast, lunch or tea)
o Bathing and washing
o Going to the toilet
o Check calls
o Medication prompt
o All personal care needs

Costs and referral
Calls are priced separately for 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes and are according to weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
