What can a Community Navigator help with?
Our Community Navigator offers home visits to help with a variety of options including;
o Staying safe and secure at home
o Maintaining and adapting your home to yours needs
o Managing your money and benefits
We will then look into the issues you have discussed and help you find the best way forward, offering you a list of options to choose from where appropriate. Our Community Navigator is a qualified KCC Community Equipment Assessor for simple aids and adaptations in the home.
Our current Community Navigator is Karen Fluke and covers people who are registered with a Faversham or Whitstable GP Surgery. The service runs Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
