How to get support from Age UK Islington

Age UK Islington supports adults of all ages (16 yrs+), including unpaid carers, in complex situations or with smaller worries, from money to transport to getting out. We provide advice and we carefully connect people to expert agencies and social groups. 

Festive period 2024/25

Our helpline will be open weekdays throughout the Christmas and New Year period, except for bank holidays (25, 26 Dec, 1 Jan and till 3pm on 24 Dec). 

Park Cuppa on Wednesdays at Cally Clock Tower Centre

Last one of the year 11 December, starting again on 8 January.

Healthy Generations

Healthy Generations classes will take a 2 week break between 22 December 2024 and the 5 January 2025

Better Sports Get Togethers

Final Get Together sessions of the year will be 18 December at Finsbury Leisure Centre and 19 December at Sobell Leisure Centre. 
 
First session back will be 7th January at Sobell Leisure Centre and 8th January at Finsbury Leisure Centre.

If you are unable to leave your home and do not have access to the internet, you can call Morrisons or Sainsburys supermarkets to arrange for a grocery delivery.
