Feeling lonely? information guide

We all feel lonely at times. Sometimes it passes on its own – but sometimes it doesn’t and can it start to have more of an impact on our lives. Download our guide to find out what helped others and what might help you.

This guide brings together group discussions we held with older people and carers to find out about their experiences of loneliness. It looks at:

  • what loneliness is
  • what might help if you're feeling lonely
  • what to do if someone you know is feeling lonely.

It also provides contact details of organisations that might be able to help.
