The Big Knit is back for 2024!

We’re thrilled to announce that Ageuk's partnership with Innocent.drinks, The Big Knit, is back! It's time to grab your knitting needles and crochet hooks and get involved - every hat knitted raises 30p! (up from 25p!) to help Age UK Hull & East Yorkshire provide much-needed services and support to older people.

We've have been asking local crafters to knit or crochet little hats for the tops of innocent smoothie bottles for a number fo years now. Our target this year is 6,000 and every hat knitted raises 30p to help Age UK Hull & East Yorkshire provide much needed services and support to older people. So, if you have a passion for knitting, we could use your help and you could help raise money for Age UK Hull & East Yorkshire.

If you want to get involved, the deadline for us to receive all your little knitted hats is 31st May 2025. You can send your hats to our office: Axida House, 350 Preston Road, Hull HU9 5HH.
