Age UK Hounslow is committed to the protection of older people from harm, either because of actions from others or because of self neglect.

Safeguarding means protecting people's right to live safely, free from abuse and neglect. Any form of abuse or neglect is unacceptable, no matter what justification or reason may be given for it. It is very important older people are aware of this and they know what support is available.
