Hayes Charity Shop

Our shops are more than just a place to find unique and quality products; they are warm, inviting spaces where customers become regulars and conversations flow freely. Come in, stay awhile, and experience the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that make our shops a beloved part of the community.

Currently we really need:

• Clothing: Women's, Men's, and Children's clothing, rags (unsaleable textiles for recycling)
• Accessories: Hats, shoes, belts, jewelry, bags
• Household Items: Glassware, pottery, ornaments, homeware, kitchen utensils, small pieces of furniture
• Electricals: Radios, TVs, kitchenware
• Media: Books, CDs, DVDs, records
• Linen: Bedding, blankets, sheets, small decorative pillows

We do not accept:

• Bedding and Furniture: Pillows, quilts, mattresses (unless new), nursery furniture with upholstery, cots, cribs, Moses baskets, used breast pumps
• Safety and Health Items: Children’s car seats, helmets, medication, unsealed cosmetics, prescription glasses
• Multimedia: VHS videos, items infringing copyright, pornographic publications
• Weapons and Hazardous Items: Sharp objects, gas appliances, oil heaters, petrol/diesel-fueled items
• Miscellaneous: Toys without CE label, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, food, fur, ivory, bone, sex aids/toys, nightwear without flammability labels, used candles, white goods (fridges, washing machines, tumble dryers), counterfeit items, logoed school uniforms, company uniforms
