Take Home and Settle from Hillingdon Hospital

One of our friendly support workers will escort you home and support you to get settled by:

• Helping with essential shopping
• Changing your bed
• Supporting with post
• Preparing a light snack and a drink

Then if you wish, they can call you for two to three days after discharge to check that all is well.
