Assistant Shop Manager
Pay: £10.55 per hour
Hours: 30 hours - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat 9:45am - 4:15pm (1/2 hour break). Part time options: Mon - Tues or Thurs - Sat considered
Contract: Permanent
Location: Harlesden Retail Shop, Craven Park Road, Harlesden, Brent

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Assistant Shop Manager with charity retail experience for our established Harlesden shop. The role will include a commitment to maximise sales, provide excellent customer service, achieve high presentation standards and develop the volunteer team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day shop management
- Generating and processing stock donations
- Shop floor display and merchandising
- Record keeping
- Cash handling and banking
- Customer service
- Recruiting and developing volunteers
