Our Cultural club meets twice a week at Townfield Community Centre, Hayes. The aim of this group is for people from different nationalities and backgrounds to meet and socialise. Activities usually include chair based exercises.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am to 11.30am. Booking required.
The group is run on a drop in basis, so there is no need to attend for the whole time.
The group values its diversity and although many people attending speak Punjabi, all people 65+ are welcome.
