We Invest In People Award

Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow & Brent have some great news to share! We were assessed by Investors in People in October 2019, and we are thrilled to announce that we have achieved the "We Invest in People standard accreditation". Successful accreditation with the Investors in People standard is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to sustainability.

Our assessor Mark contacted us afterwards to congratulate us saying:

"Congratulations again on a very positive and well deserved outcome from your IIP assessment. I have to say the excellent survey results, the very positive feedback from people during the interviews and the various supporting documentation you provided me with all combined to make it probably one of the easiest assessment decisions I've taken in a long time!
