Are you concerned or looking for support for someone under 65 who is living with dementia, including those with a learning difficulty?
Our Young Onset Dementia Support Workers can help them with:
- Group Activities - community activities based on the needs of the group, promoting mental and physical wellbeing.
- One to One Activities - if your friend or family member may not feel confiden joining a group, but would still like some support, we can help them.
- Information & Advice - a service to help explore rights, entitlements and access to other benefits.
