Location: Hybrid role - Head Office in Hertford and remote

Hours:  Full time or part time hours  considered

Salary: £37,500 - £40,000 per annum (pro-rata)

An exciting opportunity to join our HR Team
 
You will lead the Team to recruit, develop, motivate,performance manage, reward and retain the skills required to lead, manage and deliver our strategic goals.
 

You should be at least Level 5 CIPD qualified with previous experience of operational HR managing employee relations, recruitment, training and  development, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
