Information & Advice Coordinator
Location: Hybrid working - Head Office Hertford and remote working
Hours: Fulltime, 35 hours per week
Salary: £26,490 per annum

About the Role:
Our Information and Advice Team helps older people across Hertfordshire with a range of issues including help with claiming benefits, Lasting Powers of Attorney, IT skills, housing options, leisure activities and much more.
The role involves working at our Head Office in Hertford as well as community outreach to ensure information and advice is easily accessible to older people.
Good written and spoken communication skills are required in addition to an understanding of the needs of older people.
Previous experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage.
