Location:     Hybrid working - Head Office Hertford and remote working

Hours:   Fulltime, 35 hours per week

Salary:   £26,490 per annum

About the Role:

Are you passionate about providing excellent service to older people living with dementia?

Our Information and Advice Team can help older people across Hertfordshire with a range of issues including help with claiming benefits, Lasting Powers of Attorney, IT skills, housing options, leisure activities and much more.  The roles involve working at our head office in Hertford as well as community outreach to ensure information and advice is easily accessible to older people.  Good written and spoken communication skills are required in addition to an understanding of the needs of older people.   Previous experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage. You will also need a full driving licence with use of a car.
