Hours:   Part time 21 hours per week

Salary:   £13,842 (£23,069 FTE) per annum

About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join our Dementia and Information Advice Service

You will support  the team to deliver a fast and efficient Dementia Information and Advice service to all those experiencing Dementia and older people across Hertfordshire, both by telephone and online.

This role involves working at our head office in Hertford during training moving to hybrid working.

Good written and spoken communication skills are required in addition to an understanding of the needs of older people.
