How to support someone living with dementia

It’s not just your loved one that is living with dementia. A dementia diagnosis has the power to impact your whole family.

We offer Dementia Post Diagnosis Support (DPDS) through our experienced and dedicated Dementia Wellbeing Advisors who offer the guidance you need to support you and your loved one with a dementia diagnosis.

  • Life can feel like a balancing act, caught between caring for children, parents, and other loved ones. Balancing your responsibilities whilst making sure that those who depend on you receive the care and attention they need, can be both challenging and demanding.

    We can support your older loved ones to live independently in their own home for longer by helping with day to day tasks such as light cleaning, shopping, running errands, gardening and odd DIY jobs.
