Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham offers a free and confidential Information and Advice (I&A) service for anyone aged 50 and over living in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
We know later life can bring new challenges — from understanding benefits and care options to managing your home or health. Our experienced adviser is here to help guide you through your options with clear, independent information and support.
What We Can Help With
We can provide information and guidance on a range of topics affecting older people in Hammersmith & Fulham, including:

Health & Social Care: Finding a care home or arranging support at home, understanding how care is funded, and dealing with health and care services.

Income (60+): Welfare benefit checks and help to apply for Attendance Allowance, Council Tax Support, Housing Benefit, and Pension Credit.

Housing: Advice on housing options, staying safe and warm at home, home adaptations, and preventing falls.

Local Services: Information on community services, groups, and support available in Hammersmith & Fulham.

Transport: Help to apply for Freedom Passes, Blue Badges, Taxicards, and 60+ Oyster Cards.
