AGE UK Hammersmith and Fulham are introducing a new service commencing January 2021 - the INTERNET ADVICE SERVICE, as we understand finding a provider to gain access to the internet or even renewing a contract or learning the difference between mobile data and storage can be confusing. To support our clients, we are providing assistance to those who need help with their broadband or mobile services.
If you or someone you know could do with some help navigating the world of internet service providers and contracts, please contact our Digital Team. We will book a session for an initial phone call with one of our Digital Advisors to help us assess the level of support needed.
After the first appointment, clients will have a week to consider the options open to them and discuss with family and / or friends. A follow up call will then be made by the Digital Advisor to guide the client through the next steps.
Should clients need to subscribe to a service provider or renew their contract, our Digital Adviser will conduct a 3-way call with them and the provider to ensure they are supported in their choice.
AGE UK Hammersmith and Fulham clients can request support at any time to ensure they are getting the most of their internet / phone provider. We aim to provide impartial advice for renewing or investigating contracts.
