NEW VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: Home Visiting Gardening Volunteer

As our clients get older, many of them can no longer manage the upkeep of their gardens and outdoor spaces. This is where we step in! We're currently recruiting for a Volunteer Gardener who can commit to 1-2 days a week to help clients with their gardens throughout the borough.

Tasks include:

mowing lawns
weeding
general tidying
garden maintenance
clearing leaves
collecting donations and subscription fees

Requirements: Positive approach, good communication skills, gardening skills, own transportation, and good time management skills.
