Time and Day Required: One morning per week     

Minimum Length of Commitment: 6 months

Report to:  Activity Centre Manager 

Role Overview: You will support our Activity Centre Manager with administration tasks, with a particular focus on recording uses of our services on our database (Salesforce). You will also support our reception team to register new service users on the system, sitting with older people, asking for the relevant information and recording it. You may also be asked to do other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Skills/Attributes Required:  

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
  • Excellent digital skills
  • Good listening and communication 

Experience Required:

  • Experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce) – additional training will be provided
