How much does Business Directory membership cost?

Tier 1 - A Sole Trader (non-VAT registered) Tile is £375 a year 

Tier 2 - VAT registered Sole Trader / Business Tile is £750 a year 

What will be included in a Business Directory tile?

  • Your business logo, business name & location
  • Business contact details - email address, phone, website, costs, opening times
  • A short description of your products / services your business offers to older people in Gloucestershire
  • Supporting evidence & AUKG disclaimer

How do you apply for Business Directory membership?

    • The first step is to complete the online application form below.
    • You will then receive a Supporting Evidence Request email.
    • Reply to this email including and attaching all your supporting evidence.
    • We will conduct our due diligence checks, and if your Business Directory application is successful, we request an annual membership payment by email which you can pay online by card.
    • Upon receipt of your membership payment, we will aim to get your tile live on our website within 10 working days.
    • We recommend you pay for your membership by selecting auto renewal which will ensure your tile remains live whilst your subscription is valid. If you choose to pay for your membership as a one-off annual payment, we will send you a membership renewal email 1 month prior to your subscription expiry date. If payment is not received by subscription expiry date, your tile will be removed from our website.

What supporting evidence is required?

Once we receive your Business Directory membership application, we will contact you by email to request supporting evidence as part of our due diligence checks. You will be asked to submit this evidence by replying to the Supporting Evidence Request email which will include:

  • Does your business have a business bank account? Yes / No
  • Is your business VAT registered? Yes / No
  • Does your business have a current safeguarding policy Yes / No
  • Does your business have professional indemnity insurance personal insurance? Yes / No  
  • Does your business have a Data Protection Policy? Yes / No
  • Will all staff entering client properties be Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked? Yes / No
  • Please confirm whether name badges will be worn? Yes / No
  • What relevant trade / professional qualifications do you / your employees hold?
  • Do you have any links to online reviews about your products / services? Yes / No   
  • What is your complaints procedure? 

Your validated supporting evidence will then be included on your Business Directory tile.
