We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Advisor to join our dedicated team!

     

    About the Role

    As an Advisor, you’ll play a key role in transforming lives by:

     

    Helping older people navigate benefit applications, housing, pensions, and other quality-of-life provisions.

    Building trusted relationships, listening to individual concerns, and ensuring everyone feels heard and valued.

    Empowering individuals to take control of their financial well-being, enabling a life well-lived.

    Supporting clients across Gateshead and Newcastle, offering tailored advice and practical solutions.

    Are you someone who loves making a positive difference in people’s lives? Do you have a warm smile, a kind heart, and a knack for bringing joy to others? If so, we’d love for you to join our team at House on the Hill Dementia Day Centre on Sunderland Road as a Support Worker!

     

    We’re looking for two enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to work with clients living with dementia and their families. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, share laughter, and create an uplifting atmosphere that leaves everyone going home with a smile.

     

    The Roles

    Support Worker (16 hours): 2 days a week.

    Support Worker (24 hours): 3 days a week.

    You’ll be part of a caring, dynamic team that helps bring fun, positivity, and purpose to every day.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Build strong relationships with clients and their loved ones.
    • Engage in meaningful activities that inspire joy and connection.
    • Create an environment filled with laughter and positivity.
    • Help make each day special for those living with dementia.
    • Drive a minibus

     

    What We Offer

    💷 Hourly rate of £11.44, rising to £12.21 in April.
