Lasting Power of Attorney

Here at Age UK Exeter we encourage everyone to plan for later life. 

Making an LPA means that someone you trust is able to legally act for you, and make decisions on your behalf in the future, if you are not able to do this for yourself.

Our Lasting Power of Attorney Service aims to offer you a personalised service to make your LPA with clear guidance and support.

There is a reasonable charge for this service in order for us to cover our costs when assisting you.
