We're looking for a Customer Services Assistant to support Age UK Enfield’s customer experience, answering calls and email entries via a single access point to support the whole organisation.
Working within a small team, you will be the first contact for people who call in for information and support. It is a busy and varied role, and the postholder will need to have excellent communication skills and patience.
The primary focus is to support the organisation by triaging calls and emails and passing on to appropriate service leads and departments and recording appropriately using Charity Log.
The postholder will work alongside Customer Service Coordinator and ensure the customer service team always provides a high-quality customer service for the reception area, telephone, and email systems.
The postholder’s working days will be Thursday and Friday primarily, however these may change with the needs of the service or to cover annual leave.
14 hours per week
£22,000 pro-rata - £8,800 actual

Employment term until end March 2025
