Dementia Action Week 15th – 21st May 2023
Programme of events
Tuesday 16th May: JaZanne Arts present an immersive arts experience including music, song and dancing at Park Avenue Disability Resource Centre, 65c Park Avenue, Enfield EN1 2HL. From 2-3pm. Everyone will be welcome.
Thursday 18th May: Enfield Dementia Action Alliance are holding an information stall in Palace Gardens Shopping Centre, Enfield from 10.30 – 2pm.
Friday 19th May: Elsyng House Care Home, 1 Forty Hill, Enfield EN2 9HT are holding a Dementia Friends Information Awareness Session from 10-11am where you can find more about how you can help develop a dementia friendly community. Book your place via clientrelations.eh@oaklandcare.com

At 11.30 – 12.15 Gaye Ilsley from Real Time Care will talk about the importance of a Lasting Power of Attorney. Gaye’s talk will cover what Lasting Power of Attorney is, why it is important and options of how to put LPAs in place. It will be beneficial for anyone who has not got around to putting in place an LPA or anyone that has the older style Enduring Power of Attorney. Book your place clientrelations.eh@oaklandcare.com
