Social Care

If you have enquiries about the provision of social care services, whether at home or in a care or nursing home, you can contact the local authority.

If you have safeguarding concerns about someone being abused or neglected, contact the local authority safeguarding team 020 8379 1001 . If the situation is very serious, contact the Police on 999.

Health

If you have urgent health problems, telephone 111. This is a 24-hour helpline in England for advice on urgent but non-life-threatening symptoms, including dental related problems.

Homelessness

In England, if you have an enquiry about homelessness or threatened homelessness, contact your local authority as soon as possible.
