Donations can be dropped off at the shop during opening hours, you can stop outside. Please do not leave donations outside when we are closed. If you have a large number of items or are looking to donate furniture or bulky items, then please call our donation centre to arrange a home collection. Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer and / or in receipt of a UK pension, then please consider to Gift Aid your donations. This means that we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 we sell your items for from the government, at no extra cost to you. To sign up for Gift Aid ask for a form when you drop off your items for the first time and we will create a gift aid number which you can then use for future donations to us. Gift Aid is charity specific so you would need to sign up to Gift Aid to Age UK East Sussex (formerly Age Concern East Sussex), even if you are already gift aiding to other charities and the national Age UK charity. Thank you.

Volunteering with Us

Our amazing volunteers are the backbone of our charity, and the funds raised by all of our shops helped us to support over 15,500 people in East Sussex last year. If you would like to make a difference and join our friendly team, we would love to hear from you.
